How to sign up to the portal

  1. Click "Sign up" in the top right
  2. Enter your email address and desired password. Agree to the Portal terms. Click "Sign up".
  3. Navigate to your email account. Open the email you just received from "Zambia B2B Portal". Click "Verify your account"
  4. Congratulations! You have signed up to the portal. However there are still a few more things you have to do to use the portal.

How to log in to the portal

  1. Click "Login" in the top right. It's possible that you might already be logged in, in which case, click "Dashboard" instead.
  2. Enter your email address and password. Click "Log in".
  3. You should be redirected to your Dashboard. If not, click "Dashboard"

How to create a new company profile

  1. Login and navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Click "Organisations"
  3. Click "Add New Organisation". Please note: if you have already created an Organisation, you will see a list of your Organisations instead.
  4. Enter your business information and click "Save". Please note: Many of these fields are required and you will not be able to save until you have filled them in.
  5. Repeat Steps 1-3 for Branches and Services
  6. Congratulations! Your business information has been submitted to us and if it meets the requirements your account will be approved and your Organisation will be published. Please note: Your Organisation will not be published until you have supplied all the required information to a suitable standard. Unapproved accounts will not be able to see, bid for or publish tenders and your company profile will not be visible to other businesses.

How to edit your business information

  1. Login and navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Depending on what you want to change, select Organisations to edit basic information, Branches to edit contact information and Services to edit products & services.
  3. Select the content you want to edit.
  4. Edit the details you want to change. Click Save.

How to add a new Tender

  1. Login and navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Click "Tenders"
  3. Click "Add New Tender"
  4. Enter your tender information and click "Save". Please note: Many of these fields are required and you will not be able to save until you have filled them in.
  5. Congratulations! Your tender has been submitted to us and will be published if it meets the requirements and your account has been approved.
