Confidential Non Disclosure Agreement

PEPZ undertakes not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any information provided by you on your business, which is not in the public domain, without prior agreement and consent. PEPZ holds and treats all information provided by clients in strict confidence.

PEP-Z shall limit disclosure of this information within its own organization to its employees and consultants having a need to know.

PEP-Z agrees that information provided by you shall only be used for the intended purposes

This Agreement imposes no restriction upon PEPZ with respect to any information that:

• is already in the public domain
• was in PEPZ's possession from other sources and is not of a confidential nature
• is or becomes a matter of public knowledge from other sources

This Agreement states the entire understanding between the parties concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the parties.

WHEREFORE, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily accept the conditions set forth herein.
